Cancellation Policy

You can cancel a coin order at any point before we begin the transfer into your game account, at no cost and with no fee. You get the full amount back to the original payment method.

In practice this means from the moment you pay until an operator starts the delivery. Most orders start within minutes, so if you want to cancel, tell us immediately.

You can cancel a boosting order at any point before a booster starts playing, also at no cost.

Once the transfer has started, a coin order cannot be cancelled. The coins are already moving into your account and cannot be taken back.

If the transfer has started but has not finished, we complete it. If we cannot complete it, the Refund Policy applies and you are refunded for what was not delivered.

We charge no cancellation fee on coin orders. A cancellation made before the transfer starts is refunded in full.

Boosting orders cancelled after a booster has started are the one exception: we may retain a proportion of the price for the games already played. We tell you the exact amount before processing anything, and you can decline and have us continue instead.

Payment processor fees are not deducted from your refund. You receive the full amount you paid.

We may cancel an order and refund it in full if we cannot source the coins, if the account details supplied do not allow the transfer, if the order fails our fraud checks, or if completing it would breach a sanctions or payment rule.

If we cancel, you are told why and refunded to the original payment method. We do not keep payment for a service we did not provide.

Message us on Telegram or email info@futcoinsmarket.net with your order number and the word "cancel". Telegram is faster and is answered around the clock.

We confirm the cancellation in writing. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Crypto payments are returned to the wallet address you paid from.
