futcoinsmarket.net is operated by Rush Gaming Co LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States at 312 W. 2nd St #3480, Casper, WY 82601, United States.

By placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not place an order.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf.

You must be the owner of the payment method you use, or have explicit authorisation from its owner. Using a card without the cardholder’s permission is fraud and we report it.

You must be the owner of the game account you ask us to deliver to.

We sell in-game currency for EA SPORTS FC Ultimate Team, delivered by Comfort Trade, and boosting services performed by our players.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Electronic Arts Inc. in any way. EA SPORTS FC and all related names are trademarks of their respective owners.

Comfort Trade requires us to sign in to your account. To do that we ask for your account email, your password and your backup code, and nothing else.

We never ask for your recovery email, your security question, your console account or your payment details. If anyone claiming to be us asks for those, it is not us.

We change nothing on your account other than transferring the coins. We do not buy players, modify your squad or alter your settings.

Change your password once your order is complete. That is good practice after sharing credentials with anyone, for any reason.

Your account must meet EA’s own requirements for a transfer to be possible:

• The transfer market must be unlocked on the web or companion app.
• You need at least 5,000 coins in your club.
• You need fewer than 5 unassigned items.

If your account does not meet these, we cannot deliver until it does. Tell us and we will hold the order rather than cancel it.

Prices are shown per 100,000 coins and follow the market, so they change. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you pay.

A service fee is added at checkout and shown before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards. Discount codes and loyalty tier discounts are applied to the subtotal.

We accept cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe, and cryptocurrency. All prices are in US dollars; if you view another currency it is a conversion for reference and you are charged in US dollars.

Coin orders are normally delivered within 5 to 30 minutes of payment clearing. Large orders take longer because they are split across several transfers.

Boosting orders are not started immediately. We contact you within 24 hours of payment to arrange your account details and your availability, and then assign a booster.

We notify you by email when an order is delivered. You then have 24 hours to report any problem, as set out in our Refund Policy.

When we deliver an order we notify you by email at the address on the order.

From the moment that notification is sent you have 24 hours to reply and report any problem with the delivery. If you do not contact us within those 24 hours, the order is treated as delivered, accepted and complete, and it is confirmed in our records as such.

This clause exists because what we deliver is in-game currency that reaches your account immediately and is spent from it. It cannot be returned once it has been delivered and accepted.

Reporting a problem means replying to the delivery email or messaging us on Telegram with your order number. Raising it with your bank instead of with us does not extend this window.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: if we cannot deliver, you are refunded in full; once delivered, the 24-hour confirmation window above applies.

Registered customers earn 1 point per US dollar spent, credited when an order is paid. Points do not expire.

Points can be exchanged for bonus coins once per calendar month. Bonus coins are only ever added to a new order and cannot be claimed on their own.

Lifetime points place you in a tier that carries a standing discount between 1% and 5%, applied automatically and stackable with discount codes.

If an order is cancelled or refunded, the points it earned are reversed and any points it spent are returned.

We may change or end the programme. Points already earned stay valid for at least 30 days after any such announcement.

• Give us correct account details. We are not responsible for delivery to an account you entered incorrectly.
• Do not open a payment dispute before contacting us. See our Refund Policy.
• Do not resell or redistribute what you buy from us as if it were your own service.

Buying in-game currency is against EA’s terms of service. No seller can honestly promise there is zero risk to your account, and we do not.

What we can do is reduce it. Comfort Trade leaves no transfer market footprint tied to your purchase, and we source only from verified suppliers, so no coins of unknown origin reach your club.

You accept that any action EA takes against your account is outside our control and is not grounds for a refund.

We may refuse or cancel an order and refund it if we believe the payment method is not yours, the order is fraudulent, you have opened a chargeback against us before, or we cannot deliver for reasons on your side.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of progress, items or account access.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. The date at the top shows when this page last changed.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
